What are the fees?
Iron infusion fees range from $200 to $400 depending on duration. The injection fee is $30. Confirm applicable fees and what is included before your visit.
Does my insurance cover treatment?
Coverage and payment arrangements need to be confirmed for your situation. Contact the clinic and your insurer or patient support program. A receipt can be provided.
How do I change my appointment?
